We would like to extend our healthy life style philosophy through "Odaka Yoga", which combines yoga, martial arts and Ki flow movements. These sessions are available to the wider community, parents, families and friends of the sports community.

Raised in NY, Kaori dreamed of becoming a dancer in her home land and returns to Japan as a teenager. The cultural gap created anxiety and stress which led her to Yoga and pranayama; a breathing technique. Her interest in Yoga brought her to Hawaii, Thailand, Greece and Italy where she received and continued her training.

She currently teaches a modern method of 'Odaka Yoga' which combines Yoga, martial arts and Ki flow movements.
