Below are a few tips to maximise performance:


  • Avoid eating a heavy meal 1-2 hours before practice.
  • Avoid sweets and sodas that contain sugar before/during practice.
  • Try to eat light if you have to eat less than 1-2 hours before practice. 


For early morning practices/games we recommend having a good dinner the night before and a light breakfast that day.


Important: Do not skip meals! Food is our body’s fuel
